About this program

Do you want to join a safari that gives back? Embark on an exciting African Safari with a heart and give back to local communities.

Your adventure starts off at the Nairobi Giraffe Centre, where you witness these giants in all their glory, up close and personal. Later, you’ll spend some time with baby elephants at an elephant orphanage.

Next, you’ll have the very special experience of visiting the largest urban slum in Africa. Here, you’ll work alongside the local organization, Mirror of Hope, to help create a holiday program for the students of the community. You will also connect with your sponsored student and their familiy, and learn how to cook a traditional Kenyan lunch.

Get Ready, because next, you have an incredible few days of exploring the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru National Parks on game drives. You will gaze in awe as you pass herds of elephants, lions, leopards and prides of lions basking in the sun in their natural habitats.

Don’t forget your camera! You’ll want to capture as much of this experience as possible and encourage your friends and family at home to join this unique, heartwarming safari.
